Every horse owner knows how difficult it is to find a farrier who can do the right job for their horses. Especially if the horses are mini's and barefoot, it is even more critical that their trims are done on a timely schedule and they are completed with all the same care and precision as with horses requiring shoes.
Juan came to us through a referral by our Veterinarian, Dr. Tania Woerner. She's been using him for more than 8 years so we felt he was a good choice for us. We know how hard it can be to work on miniature horses!
Juan is prompt and on time for every appointment. He is quiet and soft spoken and doesn't fill his work time with idle chatter. He sets to work immediately upon arrival. He handles all of the horses with care. He can trim all 6 of our horses in 30 minutes and does a superb job. We highly recommend Juan to anyone who wants to keep their horses sound, barefoot or not!
